Peregian Beach Surf Life Saving Club

Location

Peregian Beach Surf Life Saving Club is situated 130 kms north of Brisbane and is one of the northern clubs of the Sunshine Coast Branch of the Queensland Surf Life Saving Association. The clubhouse itself is easily located in the picturesque surroundings of the foreshore area on the beach side of the Peregian Beach Shopping precinct. Open 7 days a week, you'll always find a welcoming, family atmosphere at Peregian Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

Our members 

Our Surf Lifesaving membership reflects a diverse but dedicated team of people from the local and surrounding communities who give their time freely as lifesavers, radio operators, fundraisers and more to maintain a safe and friendly environment for Peregian beachgoers. The Club has been providing quality surf lifesaving services consistently for over 20 years; while the continued growth in the Nipper ranks will ensure a generation of Surf Lifesavers for the future.

Our Supporters' Club has well over 2200 members, with new memberships coming in every day. The Supporters' Club plays a vital role in assisting our lifesavers with financial support so that they can provide the safest environment possible for the local community and visitors to beautiful Peregian Beach. 

Services 

Volunteer lifesaving services are provide every weekend and all public holidays between September and May each year.

All Club services are coordinated by two volunteer Management Committees, one that oversees Surf Lifesaving activities, and the other that manages the Supporters’ Club including bar, gaming and restaurant services. 

Reinforcing our dedication to the local community the Club also runs the popular Peregian Markets and regular annual events such as, the Sports' Lunch, Golf Day, Melbourne Cup function and our highly successful Christmas Carols. In return, the community's desire for involvement is reflected in our ever-growing membership and the enthusiasm for sponsorship from local businesses.
